WATER CUM SMOKE TUBE BOILER is a type of boiler in which water circulates in tubes heated externally by the fire. Fuel is burned inside the furnace, creating hot gas which heats water in the steam-generating tubes and steam is generated. A. SOLID FUEL FIRED : • Designed as per Latest Amendments of the IBR Code and Other Internationally Recognized Codes and are provided with more than all mandatory safety requirements. • Suitable to Burn different type of fuels such as Bagasse, Husk, Wood Chips, Brickets, Coal etc. • Provided with Grates like Fixed Grate/Dumping Grate/Pulsating Grate/Travelling Grate/FBC Grates. • Quick Steam Generation and Can Take Care of Changing Requirement of the Steam in the Process. • Provision of Appropriate Grate Area and Furnace Volume ensures complete combustion of the fuel in the furnace. • Longer life of super heater as its construction is based on the fuel type, its design parameters and proper metallurgy of the super heater tubes and headers used. • Multi-passes in convection zone makes the boiler efficient and more economical. • Provided with accessories like Super Heater, Economiser, Air Pre-Heater, De-aerator Tanks etc. as per requirement for better performance of the boiler. • High Overall efficiency combined with reliable operation achieved through accurate computerized thermal and mechanical designs of boiler. • Range of the boilers is available from 5 TPH to 150 TPH with working pressure Range of 10 kg/sq.cm to 120 kg/sq.cm.
