A MECHANICAL DUST COLLECTOR is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. Five main types of industrial dust collectors are: 1. Inertial separators 2. Fabric filters 3. Wet scrubbers 4. Unit collectors 5. Electrostatic precipitators MULTIPLE CYCLONE DUST COLLECTORS : Multiple-cyclone separators consist of a number of small-diameter cyclones, operating in parallel and having a common gas inlet and outlet, as shown in the figure, and operate on the same principle as single cyclone separators—creating an outer downward vortex and an ascending inner vortex. MULTI CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR removes more dust than single cyclone separators because the individual cyclones have a greater length and smaller diameter. The longer length provides longer residence time while the smaller diameter creates greater centrifugal force. These two factors result in better separation of dust particulates. The pressure drop of multiple-cyclone separators collectors is higher than that of single-cyclone separators, requiring more energy to clean the same amount of air. A single-chamber cyclone separator of the same volume is more economical, but doesn't remove as much dust. We at SGM TECH design and manufacture all types of dust collectors. We use best engineering methods for optimum design and efficient performance along with top grade raw materials and modern technology to deliver the product on time and at best possible price. We also provide AUTOMATION on client's demand. We also provide complete CUSTOM - BUILT, TURNKEY PROJECTS for ASH/DUST HANDLING SYSTEMS based on customer's process and requirements. We appreciate your interest in Dust Collectors and request the enquiry for the future transactions.
